We all need someone to hold hope for us when we can't quite reach it ourselves.

Healing happens in relationship—through connection, repair, and practice.

This work has always been personal for me. What guides my work is attention to what actually helps people stay connected in the middle of hard things.

Background

“Change is rarely a single shift, but a process of returning—over time—to what is steady, supportive, and real.”

My journey into this work began at the intersection of peer support and lived experience, long before I had the language for much of what I understand today. I saw early on how powerful it can be to have someone stay present with you—without judgment—and help you recognize that something different may be possible.

Thirteen years later, that experience continues to inform how I practice.

My work has centered on individuals and families navigating addiction and mental health challenges. I’ve worked across residential and outpatient treatment, community health, in-home treatment, private practice, peer support and private recovery coaching, as well as clinical agency leadership. Each setting, and the people I’ve had the privilege of working alongside, has shaped my understanding of this work in ways no training or textbook could.

Over time, I’ve come to understand that meaningful change rarely happens in isolation. We are shaped by our relationships, our histories, and the ways we’ve learned to navigate and protect ourselves. Understanding those patterns can create room for greater choice.

There is always more to the story.

Self-Learning opens the door

First, we lean on neuroscience, self-inquiry, and curiosity.
Exploring protective parts and the patterns that shape us.

Getting unstuck

Together, we work with the mind and body, using EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and IFS/Parts Work to disrupt old patterns and build new pathways forward.

I join you as a witness to the hard things. Choice starts to return to you.

Find yourself again

Lastly, we turn insight into action through new patterns, behavior change, and real-life practice.
This is where change becomes lived. This is integration.
