Individual Therapy

Therapy For Humans

Integrative Approach

Humans. Relationships. Life. Therapy offers space to reconnect with yourself, navigate life’s inevitable transitions and challenges, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most.

Attachment- and Trauma-Focused

Our experiences shape how we understand safety, connection, and ourselves. Trauma is the nervous system’s response to overwhelming or prolonged stress, influencing emotional regulation, relationships, and patterns of coping. Anxiety, depression, substance use, and codependent patterns can be understood as adaptive responses to unmet needs—patterns that once served a purpose but may no longer serve us.

Therapy Intensives and Extended sessions are typically self-pay. We will work together to create financially realistic options based on your unique needs.

Intensive Experience

A Intensive is Different

Step 1

Each intensive begins with a 90-minute comprehensive assessment to understand where you are, what you need, and what you hope to change. We explore the patterns, experiences, and relationship dynamics that may be keeping you stuck, clarify priorities and goals, and create a personalized path for the deeper work ahead.

Step 2

We slow the pace and tailor the work to what’s most present—emotional patterns, trauma responses, and challenges that feel stuck. For couples, this may include breaking reactive cycles, strengthening communication, and creating space for repair and reconnection.

Step 3

Intentional breaks are incorporated to support regulation and integration. Adjunct onsite holistic wellness offerings available.

Step 4

Each intensive concludes with a personalized aftercare plan to support continued growth beyond the session and a post-intensive session.
