Support in Real Time
An intervention can be life-changing and life-saving.
Professional Substance Use Interventions
intervention (n)
Intentional action to change a situation, with the aim of improving it or preventing it from getting worse.
Readiness is often misunderstood as a prerequisite for action. Professionally led interventions provide a structured, intentional process to reduce risk, mobilize support, and create a pathway to appropriate care. Accepted on a case-by-case basis.

The Approach
Our family systems, trauma-informed approach draws from evidence-based models to build readiness for change and strengthen connection and support—without blame, shame, or confrontation.

The Process
Each intervention is designed around the unique needs of the individual and family.

Before, After and During
Before
We help individuals and families understand available options, identify appropriate levels of care, coordinate referrals, and prepare for a successful transition into treatment if deemed necessary. Transportation support is available.
During
We provide ongoing support through care coordination, communication with treatment teams when appropriate, family coaching and guidance, and assistance navigating challenges that arise during the process.
After
Recovery continues beyond formal treatment. We help individuals and families plan for ongoing support, navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and connect with recovery resources.
Intervention services provide individualized guidance and support for each family’s circumstances. No specific treatment outcome is guaranteed, and results vary by individual. Offered on a case-by-case basis.
