Substance Use Interventions

intervention (n)

Intentional action to change a situation, with the aim of improving it or preventing it from getting worse.

Readiness is often misunderstood as a prerequisite for action. Professionally led interventions provide a structured, intentional process to reduce risk, mobilize support, and create a pathway to appropriate care. Accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Support conversation

The Approach

Our family-systems, trauma-informed approach draws from ARISE and Johnson-style models to build readiness for change, strengthen connection and support, and create a compassionate, collaborative path forward—without blame, shame, or confrontation.

Family systems support

The Process

Change happens within a system. Each intervention is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, their readiness for change, and the systems around them—creating a path toward meaningful change and mobilizing the support needed for lasting recovery.

Facilitated by certified and licensed professionals.

Before, After & During

Before Treatment

We help individuals and families understand available options, identify appropriate levels of care, coordinate referrals, and prepare for a successful transition into treatment if deemed necessary.

During Treatment

We provide ongoing support through care coordination, communication with treatment teams when appropriate, family guidance, and assistance navigating challenges that arise during the recovery process.

After Treatment

Recovery continues beyond formal treatment. We support long-term stability through aftercare planning, relapse prevention support, individual and family coaching, and connection to ongoing recovery resources.

With appropriate support, recovery can become more structured, navigable, and sustainable. Clinical navigation provides steady, hands-on guidance for individuals and families seeking clarity in next steps. Everyone receives support.
